Though, people mostly get hernia as their bodies and muscles get weak. You can get hernia, and even the existing can get worsen. It can happen from certain movements and habits. The actions may include:

An ultrasound test can be used for the diagnosis of the problem. The barium X-ray captures images of your digestive areas and intestines. A CT scan or an endoscopy can also be used for detecting the issue.

Treatment of hernia
