Healthy diet

Sleep adequately

If your forgetfulness is perennial and you have a hard time remembering things, then write them down on a notepad or booklet. It is often useful for remembering important to-do lists, phone numbers, names, and other tasks that are necessary to be completed.

You can also use sticky notes and pin them to doorknobs, refrigerator handles, and other places, which will keep reminding you of the things you have to do throughout the day.

Exercise

Physical exercise can also help in enhancing your memory power. Like your physical health, mental health also needs to stay active for keeping your brain in good shape.

 Exercise not only helps in improving your body but also the wellbeing of your brain. It also reduces the risk of obesity, different chronic diseases, and cardiovascular problems.

Stay mentally active

To improve your memory power, your mental activity also matters a lot. For keeping your brain in good shape, you should engage it in activities like playing brain games like crossword, puzzles that will enhance your smartness and improve memory.
