The pandemic has caused the highest unemployment around the globe since the great depression and after world war. With companies and industries shut down, people are left without any source of livelihood or any other work.

Survival has become a major issue for many people since they have to work to do via which they can earn money to make a living. As expenditures have not reduced or stopped, the earned money is slowly draining away in various expenses.

The pandemic has lead to lockdown in numerous countries, which has caused business activities to stop completely. Due to that, jobs in companies have been reduced or shut out wholly. Job loss in such a period can be extremely stressful, along with the fear of pandemic.

It can take a good toll on your emotional and mental health, which can lead to problems like depression, anxiety, and stress. Times like these are capable of breaking your spirits and worsen your mental health status.
