Do not sleep on weekends
It is a tendency of the people to sleep on the bed if they have nothing to do on the weekend, and that is where their sleep pattern gets disturbed. Sleeping till late or having long daytime naps can disrupt your sleep at night. Thus, get engaged in some activities during the weekend to maintain your sleep timing and to keep yourself healthy.
Expose yourself to light
Exposing yourself to light, mainly sunlight shall help in balancing your melatonin level and regulate your sleep pattern. Take a walk in the sun or keep all the windows of your home open during the daytime. This will allow contact with sunlight and maintain your sleep pattern.
