While Anxiety is not considered the most primary emotion but it is a common
experience that everyone undergo pretty
occasionally in their day to day life,
for example when submission of an incomplete project deadline is nearing or
when facing any form of examination etc.
Anxiety is an emotion that bear resemblance to a combination
of constantly being on edge, under tension and feeling restless. When such a
common emotion reaches a stage where it goes out of rational control so much so
that it disables one to perform any kind of everyday task, it's considered to
be a form of illness condition called anxiety disorder.
Anxiety disorder is condition that is considered a general
form of illness. In Australia itself Anxiety condition is believed to have
affected 45 per cent of the the population, to be exact a staggering number of
2 million adults per year.

management which whenever undertaken in a structural composition may be
effective in even recovery.
These methods include-
Self help, a temporary measure used as a medium of relaxation,
it may vary from people to people, some may like to meditate, some do exercise or
any other mode of achieving calm.

Anxiety, an essential for success?
Anxiety is oftentimes confused with fear though overlapping,
both the emotions are different. The only similarity between the two is that
they both have similar symptoms like producing stress, increasing heart palpitations,
increasing attentive ability and heightened intuitions.
In a situation when one is afraid of heights, if under such circumstances they feel anxious
with the idea that they might fall, but fear is an emotion experienced when
they actually fall off height. Hence, anxiety is an emotion feeling on what
might while fear is an experience of evident
circumstance.
Both of these emotions are a present from the time of our
predecessors where the symptoms prepared the human body both physically and
mentally to react in peril at best of its ability in the game of survival.
Similarly in the present this same ideology can be
hypothetically used and can mean that anxiousness and it's symptoms can result the
body to react and work to the best of its capabilities on performance, now it Amy
vary from people to people in how this energy can be channelled into
productivity that achieve success instead just being an excuse to demotivate
and failure.
Therefore, it is only
a belief that any or every form of anxiety is only detrimental!
