Have plenty of water

Limit your caffeine intake

Many people drink coffee throughout the day when at the office. Besides, it can even cause problems for your sleep at night, which can be more problematic for your health. Thus, it is better to curb your coffee intake and restrict it to only once or twice a day.

Take frequent breaks

We all are in a hurry to finish our work and get out of the office. However, in the race to finish the work, we sometimes get stuck to our desk and computer without taking any breaks.
